Job Description :
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary driver of your accounts.
In this role, you will need to meet the following expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client.
- Assists in the daily operations with the client for Reports /Daily feedback, Campaign plan etc.
- Be the interface between the client and all the internal departments at the firm (Ad-operation/ Delivery /Ad Sales / Accounts )
- Responsible for a client meeting, briefing, Reporting, Resolving Discrepancy, Client Retention, Cross-Sell, Upsell, developing and maintaining relationships.
- Understanding & analysis of Campaigns and Build knowledge about the client's industry for Optimisation and provide strategic inputs to move the client ahead of the curve.
- Good Exposure in Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good knowledge in Performance Marketing, Digital Campaigns & Basics of HTML is Must
- Contribute to development and evaluation of marketing communication, plans, tactics, and creative ideas
